You could have saved yourself a journey with a phone call to Andy says:

ARE YOU BEING BULLIED AT WORK ?

News of the World faces £800,000 payout in bullying case

A News of the World reporter who suffered from a culture of bullying led by former editor Andy Coulson, who is now David Cameron’s head of communications, has been awarded almost £800,000 for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination.

Matt Driscoll, a sports reporter sacked in April 2007 while on long-term sick leave for stress-related depression, was awarded £792,736 by the east London employment tribunal. It is believed to be the highest payout of its kind in the media, and legal costs could take News International’s total bill well over the £1m mark.

The award will cause fresh embarrassment for Coulson, who resigned in January 2007 from the newspaper after the former royal editor, Clive Goodman, was jailed for hacking into the phone messages of aides to the royal family.

That would be a YES then.

          • Maladroit Labour Chump says:

Is Andy Coulson the Prime Minister then ??

          • Illinformed Tory Twat says:

Is he David Cameron’s right hand man and a proven bully?
            Yes he is.

Are you trying to wriggle out of that fact?
            Yes you are.

          • City of Vice says:

Who the fuck is Andy Coulson? Is he Prime Minister?

            Er, no.

So fuck off back to the bunker, you Nulab twat.

          • Maladroit Labour Chump says:

That us not the point. Rawlinsley wrote there was bullying in number 10 and rather than leave it mandy denied it! It is the way labour act even they are found to be wrong that makes me so mad! Brown Watson draper mcbride etc,

          • NotaSheep says:

          • Anonymous #4 says:

RAWNSLEY was the story, Rawnsley, not this silly Pratt woman and her dodgy rubbish. I’m glad at least one of you is on the ball even if the rest clearly fucking aren’t.

Brown is a Bully. He was a Bully in the treasury he’s a bully now.
But so is Dave’s right hand man with an £800,000 Court case as irrefutable proof, not hearsay, proof.

Rawnsley knows all about the Browniites methodology and Gus O’Donnel is, or at least WAS, in the shit because of it.
This ridiculous Pratt sideshow doesn’t further a story it obfuscates it.

Now by all means fuck off and learn what an official Tory blog is and what Guidos blog is. It means I can attack who I like and not expect a half dozen Tory Trolls to start screaming and whining in unison like demented rabid poodles.

PROOF! Whistleblower fingers Goldman Sachs fraud & MSM collusion

Vancouver-based documentary filmmaker, Paul Verge, brings us a revealing interview with Richard Andrew Grove, which exposes the Who, What, When, Where, Why and How of the recent financial crisis, how it was legislated into existence, defended by corporate media and political “watch-dogs” and allowed to drain America of nearly $200 trillion Dollars, via ponzi-Schemes.

The ‘mainstream’ media could have and should have been exposed the fraud years earlier … but chose not to.

The whistleblower provides ample documentation to support his accusations, against Goldman Sachs and other corporations, which the reader can check online.

And type that before your bit of text that you wish to embolden and then place the same with a closing slash before the b after the text:

            <b> some bold text </b>

and it should appear bold like this

          Mr Ned says:

I am inclined to believe that these latest bullying allegations are true.

Whenever labour are cornered by the truth, the first thing they instinctively do is react by smearing, lying and bullying.

So how ironic is it that they are now screaming about wild conspiracy theories that the tories are leading an independent charity and now they are bullying the charity into revealing who was bullied (so that they can bully them denying that they were bullied)

This is an independent anti-bullying charity that has approached all the main Parliamentary parties for fiscal and promotional support.

The tories have supported this anti-bullying charity, whereas the labour party did not even respond to requests. Shows what labour really thinks about bullying.

This charity only highlighted this because it was a high profile opportunity for them to show how to respond properly and appropriately to allegations of bullying.

What did labour do? Investigate the claims? Take positive action to resolve issues? Instigate appropriate systems to prevent bullying in the future?

DID THEY FUCK! They attacked the charity and lied about Christine Pratt and made up some wild conspiracy theories FFS!

Do the labour leaders bully? Ask this poor lady who has been attacked all day by the labour attack-dogs. Crazy cruel bullying conspiracy theorists as they are.

“or in any part of this government”, he hissed, barely suppressed rage and malevolence flashing in his eyes.

“Period!”, one hand swept away opposition.

“Zero”, the same hand wiped out history

“And that’s it”, he added, sweat beading his angrily pulsing brow as a rigid, malicious finger jab, jab, jabbed at the interviewer.

“Okay?”, he said, finger still jab, jab, jabbing as the shadow of a sadistic smile, rather too satisfied with the fear its disproportionate power held to intimidate the interviewer, flickered across his face.

Charlton had been relegated, again, and the feeling of uncontrollable doubt was immense. I turned to this book for some answers because I needed to restart my life. I had considered pysychotherapy, maybe some CBT as ordered by the labour party, and even watching Jeremy Kyle. But it was to this book that I felt drawn.

On seeing its title I was enchanted. Yes, this is it, courage, that’s what I need! On seeing its author, I fell about laughing, threw the book out of the window and shot myself”

        • 267

And she is giving iving Gordon the ladder to climb out of the hole. Pratt by name…

Rawnsley is the real story and she’s in danger of sinking it. When she is discredited – which she will be in few hours – it will discredit the whole story even though it is essentially true and important.

A brief google shows her charity accounts are 206 days over-due and she links to and promotes her hubby’s business, whilst being very coy about which ‘outside businesses’ the charity recommends. NL trolls have been working on this and have got Ben Goldacre to bite. They haven’t had to tell any lies; the truth is, this woman is a thoroughly unreliable gabshite who just put her size 9 wellie through and important story because she wanted to pimp her charity. Goldacre’s readers are already writing off the whole story as BS.

A blog has turned up where the bloke claims to have been complaining about this outfit for some time.

If you call the National Bullying Helpline for help because you believe you’re being bullied at work, and if you follow their advice, they might tell your employer that you are the bully, deride your grievance as vexatious, and leave you in a much worse position than when you started, with no comeback.
          http://thebullyinghelpline.blogspot.com/

His profile has been on blogger since 2008, so it looks like a long-standing grievance rather than something cobbled up last night.

Anybody who doesn’t understand that when you are running the Samaritans, a clap clinic or any confidential advice line that you can’t go back and welch to the employer, let alone broadcast that fact on whole bloody BBC, is strongly advised to stay out of those services.

Does this really need saying: the Tories should run a mile from Christine Pratt, and it is lucky that Widdecombe is standing down because she’s a fool to have got mixed up in this.

          • scribblegate 2.0 says:

all true but Widdecombe at least condemned Pratt which is far smarter than Dave for a start.

          Mr Ned says:

I think that the way the labour party have spent all day ruthlessly attacking Christine Pratt of the anti-bullying charity shows what bullies they really are.

How should they have dealt with this?

          Perhaps if they had said,
“We feel that this charity does sterling work in reducing bullying in the workplace, which is something we take very seriously indeed. We are unaware of these claims and we are investigating them thoroughly.

We do not believe that there is anything to these allegations, and if we discover them to be false, we are sure that Christine Pratt will offer us a full and sincere apology. If there is anything to these allegations, then we will be sure to take appropriate action with the advice of Christine Pratt herself.”

Instead of screaming abuse about wild conspiracy theories, then I would be more inclined to believe the labour party.

As it is, they do nothing to reduce claims that they are a bullying organisation, by bullying an anti-bullying charity.

In Pratt’s case, there was very little connecting GB to her comments, ignoring it would have probably caused the story to have blown over rather than blown up, as it now undoubtedly has!!

We are willing to bully and hound Ms Pratt because Gordon has guarantee us our money and the Tories haven’t guaranteed our income so if we have to hound Ms Pratt until she commits suicide our Director Mr Thompson has taken the strategic view that is a price she must pay. Mr Ned says:

Christine Pratt needs to get all over the news this evening and complain about being bullied by the labour attack dogs and compare her treatment today by the labour party with what an opportunity it could have been FOR labour.

What if labour had decided to issue a public statement when her original allegation was published saying,

“We are not aware of any specific allegation that may have been lodged with Christine Pratt’s anti-bullying charity. We take allegations of bullying very seriously and will fully investigate these allegations and if found to be true, request that Christine Pratt advices us in updating and improving our existing anti-bullying policies. We take bullying very seriously indeed and will NOT stand by and ignore these allegations.

We do not at this stage believe that there is any truth in these allegations and we refute them, because we think that if they exist at all, that they may have been lodged maliciously by persons unknown, but if we are wrong, we will act quickly and with the best advice available. Rest assured that we will NOT allow this to go unsolved.

If the investigation reveals that there is NO truth to these allegations, then we are sure that Christine Pratt will be only too happy to issue a full and sincere apology to everybody inside number 10.”

Imagine if they had done that?

Instead, they attacked her in a very bullying fashion with smears and wild conspiracy theories.

She should get on news at ten and expose that contrast fully!

Trying to refute allegations of bullying by an anti-bullying charity by bullying the anti-bullying charity itself? For shame labour.

What I have seen so far is the BBC showing a clip in which DC seems to have been asked a question ( which we don’t hear) in the midst of a speech about something else and then replies along the lines of, this is an issue of concern and I assume that relevant people in No. 10 will conduct and enquiry into what has been going on.

There are many reasons why one would reasonably expect that the Cabinet secretary would mount an enquiry into allegations that staff he is reponsible for have been bullied in their workplace. The BBC reporting makes it sound as if DC is demanding a national investigative committee be set up – they are trying to stoke the flames and drag him in to them.

What really amused me is that has-been Geoffrey Robinson, also on WatO, dismissing Rawnsley as no more than someone with a book to sell. I do hope that Rawnsley passes the transcript to his learned friends for an opinion. It seemed to me to be a blatant attempt to undermine the credentials of a writer who appears to have gone to great trouble to confirm all of his stories. Since his integrity is critical to his identity, a threat of a writ and a demand for a grovelling apology seems in order.

That would up the stakes nicely, with the implication that Brown and his staff could be called to give evidence.

      That great man David Kelly

  17. 55
    First Sea Lord says:

I feel we are going of the point here. May I refer you to an answer I gave earlier,
    Name of the Beast:

    The Socialised Psychopath or Sociopath

Also known as the corporate psychopath, workplace psychopath, industrial psychopath and administrative psychopath.

Motivation: power, gratification, personal gain, survival
    Mindset: manipulation, deception, evil
Malice: high to very high; when held accountable, off the scale

    Jekyll & Hyde personality
always charming and beguilingly plausible, especially to those who are capable of protecting or enhancing the sociopath’s position
excels at deception (this must never be underestimated, but always is)
    excels at evasion of accountability
is extremely and successfully manipulative of people’s perceptions and emotions (eg guilt and anger)
silver-tongued, has an extreme verbal facility and can outwit anybody (including a top barrister) in verbal conflict
will often engineer himself or herself into a position of authority as gatekeeper of the organisation and thus the person through whom all information must flow, and the person to whom all requests for services must be referred – which he or she then takes delight in denying
is adept at offering weak and inadequate people the positions of power, control, security, influence or respect that they crave but who lack the necessary competencies to achieve – such people are unaware that their consequent dependence on the sociopath makes them permanent manipulatees, pawns and expendable agents of harassment
identifies those essential to the sociopath’s survival and manipulates their perceptions them by making them feel special and thus obligated to reciprocate with support and protection
manipulates others into making fools of themselves in situations where they cannot back down or from which they cannot withdraw – these people become increasingly susceptible to further manipulation and are then trapped as pawns in the sociopath’s game
is likely to be surrounded by people who, having been subjected to control, manipulation and punishment by the sociopath, look wretched and who start to exhibit behaviour best described as disordered, dysfunctional, sullen, aggressive, defensive, hostile, retaliatory, counterproductive or cult-like and for whom disbelief, disavowal and denial are instinctive responses
creates an environment where levels of denial are so great that those involved are oblivious of the foolishness and self-evident absurdity of their denials when presented with the facts, with the result that non-involved observers are led to question whether such levels of denial merit psychiatric intervention
is contemptuous of disrepute to their organisation and of collateral damage and of the destructive consequences for all direct and indirect parties
is always surrounded by and leaves behind a trail of dysfunctional organisations, destroyed businesses, ruined careers, stress breakdowns and unexplained suicides
despite a trail of devastation to individuals, organisations, families and communities, the actions of a socialised psychopath may go undetected or unrecognised for years
a history of conducting frivolous, vexatious and malicious legal actions, especially (but not exclusively) against anyone who can recognise the sociopath for what he is
only after the sociopath is exposed and relieved of position, or they move on, can the full depth of their destructive behaviour be fathomed and the consequences calculated
is skilled at identifying, undermining, discrediting, neutralising and destroying anyone who can see through the sociopath’s mask of sanity
at all times restricts the actions and rights of others (especially those holding the sociopath accountable) whilst aggressively protecting his or her right to do anything without being hampered by social norms or legal requirements
pursues endless vindictive vendettas against anyone perceived as a threat or who attempts, knowingly or unknowingly, to identify or reveal or expose the sociopath, or who makes efforts to hold the sociopath accountable
is adept at appropriating rules, regulations, procedures and law to manipulate, control and punish accusers regardless of relevance, logic, facts or consequences
persists in and pursues vindictive vendettas using self-evidently false evidence or information, even after this is brought to the attention of the sociopath
will often manipulate minor bullies of the Wannabe type (who on their own might or would not merit the label ’serial bully’) into acting as agents of harassment and as unwitting or unwilling conductors of vendettas
is adept at placing people in situations where the sociopath can tap into each person’s instinctive urge to retaliate in order to use them as his or her instruments or agents of harassment
gains gratification from provoking others into engaging in adversarial conflict
once conflict has been initiated, the sociopath gains increased gratification by exploiting human beings’ instinctive need to retaliate – this is achieved by encouraging and escalating peoples’ adversarial conflicts into mutually assured destruction
revels in the gratification gained from seeing or causing other people’s distress
when faced with accountability or unwelcome attention which might lead to others discerning the sociopath’s true nature, responds with repeated and escalating attempts to control, manipulate and punish
is adept at reflecting all accusations and attempts at accountability back onto their accusers
is adept at creating conflict between those who would otherwise pool negative information about the sociopath
has no limits on his or her vindictiveness
the need to control, manipulate and punish develops into an obsession with many of the hallmarks of an addiction
is skilled at mimicry and can plausibly and spontaneously regurgitate all the latest management jargon
exhibits minimal professional skill level and competency
exploits his or her intelligence to excel at talentless mediocrity
is always identifying the behaviours and strategies to which other people respond with the desired effect
is able to anticipate and credibly say what people want to hear
is easily able to win people over before betraying them or deceiving them or ripping them off
easily manipulates and bewitches an immature or naive or vulnerable or emotionally needy person to be their spokesperson or agent of aggression
exploits anyone who has a vulnerability
    is pushy and extremely persuasive
is sexually inadequate and sexually abusive
is likely to protect anyone accused of or suspected of sexual abuse of pedophile activity, and will frustrate or obstruct investigations into that person
maybe associating with, or actively involved in, abuse or pedophile activity
has no emotions, no emotional processing capability and no ability to understand other’s emotions
is incapable of understanding, initiating or sustaining intimacy
the male sociopath has often convinced a string of women to feel they are in love with him and despite being treated abominably they blindly continue to be loyal to him and minister willingly to his every demand
may start projects with apparent enthusiasm and energy but quickly loses interest
frequently takes unnecessary and uncalculated risks but takes no account of consequences
is reckless and untrustworthy with money
is likely to be illegally diverting or siphoning off significant sums of money to his or her own budget, project, account or cause
is unreliable and untrustworthy in every facet of life
is likely to be leaking confidential information or secrets to third parties
is likely to have committed or be committing criminal or near-criminal offences, eg fraud, embezzlement, deception
is likely to have committed or be committing breaches of harassment and discrimination law, employment law, contract law, etc
disregards rules, regulations, Health and Safety requirements, professional standards, codes of conduct and legal requirements, etc
cannot comprehend the deeper semantic meaning of language and is thus unable to understand or appreciate metaphor, hyperbole, irony, satire etc (these elicit either zero response or a hostile response)
likes, seeks, enjoys and relies on procedure, ritual and ritualistic practices
through arrogant overconfidence takes increasingly risky chances and eventually overplays their hand or makes a mistake which leads to the sociopath revealing him or herself
exhibits parasitical behaviour, takes everything and gives nothing
grabs headline credit for minimal, flukey or other peoples’ success whilst surviving off the backs of manipulatees who are exclusively blamed for all failures
rarely blinks, may have stary scary eyes that cut right through you, or may avoid eye contact completely
    is callous, cold and calculating
    is devious, clever and cunning
    is ruthless in the extreme
regards people as objects and playthings to be discarded when surplus to requirements
    displays zero empathy
completely without conscience, remorse and guilt
    malicious and evil

“Almost 1 in 6 men in managerial positions with large British corporations show
      symptoms of psychopathic behaviour…”

The results of the study, based on psychometric testing of 1,200 managers at all
levels carried out by Oxford Psychologists Press …”

There are the out of their depth managers, that lash out in fear, but I have been privileged to work under a real psychopathic British manager. I recognised him early, and have a full record of all the actions he took, emails everything. I will enjoy writing the book later this year. I have to do it before he retires.

    JD says:

    Tonight’s London Evening Standard:

“It now appears that the “moral compass” involves spinning a typist around in her swivel chair in order to find due north. It is hard to claim that you are “treating people fairly” when the Cabinet Secretary has to have a word with you about your conduct towards junior staff. Nobody likes a bully.

And the trouble for Gordon is that almost everybody knows one. Some voters may buy the spin that Brown is a flawed colossus, occasionally losing his temper, but still steering the nation towards salvation. Millions more will recognise the type with contempt. Bullies are frightening but they are also incredibly boring: their staff have to spend half their time tiptoeing around them, appeasing them. The bully boss — whether PM or regional sales manager — swings unpredictably between private self-loathing and a belief that all problems are the consequence of the failures of others.

The electorate knows it is a myth that madly aggressive and impatient people make good leaders. In fact, such leaders flatten morale and suck oxygen out of a workplace — as Brown self-evidently did. They conceal their deficiencies of character with the mask of the angry, perpetually accusing man. In Brown’s case, the flipside of Calvinist self-discipline is a fury at the world’s refusal to do his bidding.

The figure that emerges from Rawnsley’s extracts is not an ogre but a little man. Not Hannibal Lecter but a psychotic David Brent. These are the outbursts of a child: less Colonel Kurtz than Violet Elizabeth Bott. Only a man who lacked self-respect and self-control could behave in this way, and neither shortcoming will recommend itself to voters.”

Just been down to the Post Office to post a few things. It also sells newspapers. I didn’t see The Mirror (naice Sussex village doncha know) but the rest of them were all ‘Gordon Brown is bully’ type headlines except for the Independent which is delighted about a possible cure for AIDS.

      He’s fucked.

Every single newspaper of any importance reporting what a nasty piece of work the PM is. And this tallies neatly with his appearance before Chilcott and the hounding of David Kelly.

No wonder the Labour liars and apologists and astro-turfers are out in such numbers. This is it for Brown. He’s finished.

As the article says – we all know one. An incompetent imbecile who lacks any decision-making ability but will cheerfully shit on any mistake – real or imaginary – as a reason for why their brilliant masterplan fell flat on its face.

      He’s finished.

Bye bye Brown. You’re shit. And you know you are.

The BBC trumps all newspapers. That’s why the Maximum Imbeciles’ party is still not 30 points behind in the polls. If it was telling the truth or getting into this government for sleaze and incompetence in the same way that it was to Major’s government in 1996/7 then Labour would be lucky to come second in the GE.

It’s not a case that labour are gaining, so much as all the parties are losing.

I cannot remember a time when almost everyone I knew is utterly exasperated and disgusted with ALL the political parties.

Labour are utterly hated still, but the tories are throwing this fucker away.

Cameron appears to be so mesmerised by Blair’s 1997 victory that he is trying to emulate it by copying his strategy and his tactics and policies.

Has he really failed to notice that although these things worked for Blair in 1997, the country has seen through the bollocks and now HATES Blairism?

Cameron believes that sexist and racist shortlists are conservative. He believes the carbon bollocks.

He is not going to cut public spending by more than 1%

He has swallowed a totally federalist line on the EU and will only pout and sulk for the next Parliament.

He tries to out “pro gay” the labour party.

He supports the soft liberal politically correct bollocks.

How much more proof do you need of an global conspiracy to implement a single agenda via the same party duopoly?

They are both completely wedded to an agenda that the vast majority of people are sick to death of. but they won’t change.

Why not? They are only following orders, that’s why!

Their only saving grace (for them) is the deeply imprinted conditioning that is constantly reinforced that labour or tory are the ONLY choices to vote for.

A massive majority in this country are both sick of all Parliamentary parties and left out of the opinion polls.

But my fear is that the great mass will be unaffected. What will form their attitudes is their impression of that nice man ‘interviewed’ by Piers Morgan on the telly the other day. Just as ‘Lord’ Mandelson says, they must be lies made up by the Tories; he wouldn’t do those things, he’s too nice.

Also, Labour was going to alleviate prison overcrowding by a prison building program, including at least one ‘Titan’ prison. As far as I’m aware, NO new prisons have been built since.

John McCirick (also a guest), openly accused Brown of being a bully on live TV (Hoorah!) was not received very well and applauded by only one member of the audience; he was thus “manipulated” to appear “wrong” for opinions that sound perfectly normal considering the evidence on hand.

Here’s an interesting statistic, for you, which I’ll offer with a generous hat-tip to Ben Goldacre. According to the Charity Commission the National Bullying Helpline’s income in 2007 was just £1,818. Its expenditure was £852. The same figures for 2008? We don’t know – because the charity’s accounts are “207 days overdue”.

This is plainly not a serious organisation, as its website serves to confirm: we are informed that, in 2007, £1000 was raised by CLM Solicitors and Monahans, and £200 by BNY Mellon Asset Services. So that leaves about 600 pounds from all other donations. The “privicy” policy, however, is very clear: “We do not share your details with anyone.”

What I don’t understand (I must be naive) is how do they intimidate them.

      Threaten loss of jobs ?
Threaten members of their family ?
Threaten a walk in the woods ?
      Say boo to them ?

What is it that scares them all shitless and silences them. Perhaps it’s so scary I shouldn’t ask.

Something’s going on we don’t understand. It’s getting to the point where I wouldn’t be surprised if Mandleson told us that the election was cancelled ’cause of lack of demand, and all the Media would then immediately agree.

Perhaps Labour have threatened to launch a massive smear campaign in the media against them like the one they’ve done against Christine Pratt? No doubt she’ll soon be out of work and traumatised with little hope of future employment after Brown’s mob have finished with her.

If they could they’d ship her off to a gulag somewhere along with the rest of us who oppose them.

Some of the Idiots here just can’t accept the fact that they backed the wrong horse and that anyone with a lick of sense knew that Mrs Pratts dodgy bumbling was shaky rubbish compared to the real story which was Rawnsley.

And of course because of the Pratt distraction Gus O’Donnel managed to get away with it and refute all allegations and refuse an inquiry. Well done.

To date Chilcott has been more rigorous than hutton.

And making bliar and bullybrown both appear in public and before an audience drawn from the bereaved families of soldiers killed in action is producing some useful insights and allowing those families to express some of their disgust at the way their son’s were treated.

bliar’s hands shook and he looked quite unnerved at the beginning of his testimony. He was clearly stunned at the hostile reception he received from the audience at the end of his testimony. bullybrown is nowhere near as polished a performer and may find the experience even more difficult.

That is all we can hope for at the moment. Chilcott’s conclusions will not come until after the election and it’s no good even speculating on what that conclusion might be.

The BBC radio coverage of the Bullygate saga has been quite interesting. I haven’t gone out of my way to listen, but heard World at One introduced by Martha Kearney, and PM introduced by Eddie Mair. “I received a phone call and I just heard, we knew there was something up because he was saying, no, oh no, please don’t tell me, that happened or is true, something like that.

“……he threw a tangerine which he had, and it hit a machine, the actual lamination machine, and the actual fruit got stuck in the machine and clogged the whole machine, the whole machine broke down because of the peel, and it was very embarrassing, we had to sort of stop the tour and he got even more angry and he called the person that gave him the tangerine an idiot and shouted.

“They sat him down…you could see they were giving him tea and calming him down.

“And then he apologised and afterwards he gave a signed photograph of us which we put up but someone stole. But I have witnessed at first hand, it’s very strange.”

The award will cause fresh embarrassment for Coulson, who resigned in January 2007 from the newspaper after the former royal editor, Clive Goodman, was jailed for hacking into the phone messages of aides to the royal family.

very interesting day , no one at all has mentioned if sat was another election bottle moment , ruin managed to dig up Kevin Maguire for breakfast TV and so the story ran all day with various twists and turns and No10 spinning like mad . 24hrs later we have taken a second look at the ruins bully allegations and there is somthing in them , namely his contempt for anything or anyone that unravels or identifies errors in his rule .

The physcological explanations whilst thorough no doubt are from a certain viewpoint , and for anyone who doesnt waft around elite dining circles , you might wonder if the real world wasnt full of varing degrees of bullying .
where it scores the most is the non answer of questions and the unbelieveable level of goverment not publishing stats or not doing spending reviews . A flawed passionate politician you might expect for him/her to make stats and proper debate important , alas that has not been the case with the ruin his party and in a more clever way with Blair .
This kind of fingers in the ears going la la la , whilst sticking two fingers up at any request for stats , or detail is very much the ruin and in many ways where his scorched earth/poisend challice politics comes from , in that sense the analysis is correct .

So you might think we should all be less aggressive , CW is carefull that dumbing down does not displace the right to ask strong questions about the actions of the government and its actions . A great many people feel cheated and oppressed by this government and its wonk socialist policies and politics , a reaction to all this oppression should not be seen as bullying as there are dangers with that position .

I maintain the ruin has wrecklessly and deliberately run the UK economy to near destitute, he has not answered the questions put to him re the economic detail , and has repeatedly denied any acceptance that the debt is a future waste of growth in the UK and he should not have run it up under any circumstances .

    From the Times:

Despite claims of a “zero-tolerance” attitude to bullying, an internal survey of Cabinet Office staff seen by The Times shows that a third want to leave, and 6 per cent want to quit “as soon as possible”. Less than half of staff said that they felt it was safe to speak up.

As the battle over bullying allegations levelled at the Prime Minister continued, it emerged that Whitehall’s most senior civil servant warned Mr Brown about the conduct of the former adviser Damian McBride.

Lord Mandelson, the Business Secretary, insisted that nobody at No 10 would endure bullying as he defended the Prime Minister from allegations over his behaviour towards staff.

But while Sir Gus O’Donnell, the Cabinet Secretary, denied that he had reprimanded Mr Brown, it emerged that he did raise concerns about the conduct of Mr McBride, his former spin doctor. The concerns were raised both when Mr Brown was Chancellor and after he moved to No 10 in 2007. Sir Gus was Permanent Secretary of the Treasury until 2005 before transferring to the Cabinet office.

He is understood to have thought that Mr McBride went over the top in attacking Labour ministers. A Cabinet Office spokesman said: “We are not going to comment on matters relating to individual employees, or any private conversations. . . that may or may not have taken place.”

I see the BBC is getting excited that another poll shows the Tory lead down to 7%. Thing is McMong is still stuck on 30% (he’s never really been much above that) so it’s the Lib Dems getting the extra votes. But we know that come the election a lot of people will vote Tory to oust the sitting Liebour MP if the Tories are second in the polls, so the news isn’t good for the mong, but the BBC still try to spin it for Liebour.

But the Tories really do need to come out fighting.

I dont believe a word from Labour, Brown or Mandelson on the Bullying issue.

Brown was alleged to have exploded about the 2007 election that never was and an aide suffered and was reduced to tears as Brown blamed him – The person Brown has to blame for that is the person he sees in the mirror everyday.

Brown, Mandelson et al are lying on this issue.

Lets not forget some of the other victims of Labour bullying, Dr David Kelly in 2003 and off most folks radar back in the laste 1990s scottish Labour had the tragic sucide of Gordon Mcmaster MP. Indeed knowbody would challange Gordon Brown for the leadership, they were afraid of his modu operandi: Smearing, twisting, telling untruths – In most office workplace handbooks Bullying.

Fuck off Gordon Brown – We know know why everybody who works with you hates you!!! Its because you are a pot bellied bully!

Is that where Mandelson learned his skills? After all, for a government who is accused of bullying, to turn on the head of an anti-bullying charity and make up wild conspiracy theories with which to bully her with, it is sick!

This has become a character issue, and for all the heavily scripted and rehearsed and re-taken interviews with fake tears and unconvincing acting, the Prime Mentalist IS a bully and a liar and a coward and his character is wholly unsuitable for such a leadership position.

It's déjà vu all over again says:

“The astroturfing has moved into seriously corrupt territory now. The BBC Radio 4 news at 6 closed its hopelessly partisan report on Gordon’s letter/phone fuck-up, or Spazzgate as I like to call it, with an announcement that emails to the BBC strongly supported Gordon. This will no doubt feed back into other “supportive” mails, in what I term carousel propaganda.

It is absolutely beyond doubt that there is an orchestrated campaign afoot to fake public support for the PM in online fora. Fine. If little old ladies are impersonating hesitant tories on the web, fine. If they pay for it all themselves. But if *we* are paying for wholesale lying, a national campaign of lies… then that’s a very different matter. Guido, you da man. Winkle this out. This is *as* important as the expenses scandal. This is about subverting the entire modern media, manufacturing consent, based on lies”

Even Mrs McTwat has been wheeled out to say what a wonderful chap he is.

These No 10 bunksters have no shame. We all know that Brown’s a Bully Boy surrounded by Bully Boys. Rawnsley’s book simply confirms this. Pratt’s utterances are largely irrelevant. Mandlescum’s denial on telly last night was a classic bit of bullying, presumably of one of the hacks whose job depends on his No 10 accreditation.

McTwat is clearly a fantasist. He’s delusional, deranged, dysfunctional, dishonest, Unstable, a Control Freak and worst of all a Bully. Clearly the Labour Party and its supporters think that these attributes are absolutely necessary for the position of PM…

    God help the United Kingdom.
