Have you noticed anything strange about which items were capped? Where do you find bigger gardens and bigger houses? Oddly enough, in the country — in rural constituencies which are more likely to be held by Conservatives or Lib Dems.

Would Legg make a deliberate attempt to bury Labour overclaims in a manufactured heap of fud?
