I heard on PM that Peter Mandleson was accusing News International of siding with the Tories in the hope/expectation of future advantage. This overlooks the efforts that New Labour (& Tony Blair in particular) made in cultivating News International, to the extent that Blair actually attended two NI conferences. In addition, according to Peter Oborne's book 'The Triumph of the Political Class' the Labour spin doctor Lance Price's book draft had to be vetted by No 10. Apparently a third of their objections to the first draft related to the mention of Rupert Murdoch's name. I wonder why Labour would be so concerned at their top level interactions with Murdoch being revealed?

Doctor lover -- Patter's shite by the way.

Answer the questions ya muppet.

As usual with "Spunky Spunky" and the Militant Wing of the Green Ink Brigade who call it home it is all a big boys fault and he ran away.

No questions about corporate tax.

If NI / the Scum / KY TV make shed loads of money in the UK but don't pay any tax on it who does that effect and who makes up the difference?

NI / the Scum / KY TV take money of the squaddies, make profits of the squaddies but don't put anything back in tax to fund the squaddies.

You and the other "GIBys" on here swallow it whole.

Ask the real questions
Target the real villains in all of this.

Who are funded by whom exactly?

Er..... The Treasury, perhaps??

No fucker says the MOD isnt full of fuckwits and that yes, there is blame to be apportioned within.

But it always has been and always will be an organ of government policy.

if you were that serious about it, you would have had 4 defence secretaries in as many years, one of the fuckers being a part timer for fucks sake and you would fund them properly.

And who made that decision?

That one eyed megalomaniacal fuckwit Brown.

So kindly fuck off and boil your fucking head.

This is a particularly good example;

gruenebaum
11 Nov 2009, 8:19AM
British soldiers are volunteers.
Soldiers are there to "export violence" to quote an US Marines commander in Iraq.
The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are part of an American policy agenda which has problematic motivations, to say the least.
The way Western high-tech armies wage war results in significant civilian casualties and material damage.

If I were Brown I wouldn't apologise at all: The young man took a deliberate risk and died in the process. The only regret is that he did not live long enough to consider his own morality in all of this.

gruenebaum does seem to have a tenuous grip on reality. Either that or our Armed Forces are fighting wars by themselves without instruction from the Labour goverment.
