We do of course need all the drugs we can get onto the streets of Britain, to make it a safe and user friendly environment for drug service users. We’ve already got widespread legal usage of alcohol and tobacco due to historical precedent, why not use that as a base to add even more mind altering substances into the bloodstream of the nation?
