Mac untyre (there’s a spelling mistake he really can complain about!) and Toilets are the worst Labour shills in the media. There are plenty of others (Polly, Steve Richards, Jackie Ashley, Baroness Michael White, Mary Riddell and so on) but these two appear to have no common sense – just parrotting the party line even when it makes them look total ddickheads.

Kind of a media mirror image to the role of Ed Balls in the party itself.

Did you see that other Miliband on Newsnight last night delighted that the fuel bill were going to rise 60% sitting there grinning like a Chesire cat just blurbing on and on with no concern whatsoever on how people are going to pay this.so long as he has his green policy.

Wrong again Jimmy. The point is the overriding of a national court by the European court. There is nothing to stop a Czech court returning “expropriated” property to their lawful owners. But the point is that the Czech court should take primacy.

Of course you knew that, but in the typical Nuliebor way of spin you sought to obfuscate this point.

Both the UK and Poland have negotiated opt-outs to prevent their courts from being circumvented by the European Court.
