Quote of the Day

John Prescott says of Harriet Harman

“I think the deputy leadership role is for going out and campaigning…I suppose, if I was being honest about it, I think too much of the emphasis has been on female rights, which I have supported all my life, and we’re not getting other messages across. Most of it is about the equality issue. It is very important, but it is not our biggest campaigning issue, whatever they say about it.”

Is this Prescott-speak for “Harriet Harman needs to put some chuffing effort in”?

“We are not the party of equality any more, we are the party of whatever it takes to get the votes.”

We need courageous politicians like Alex Lyon, Tony Crossman, Tony Benn who didnt comment after examining the latest opinion polls.

    VotR says:

Harman is good at promoting equality, as long as it’s equality only for women, and others that she likes. The rest can just shuffle off to their deaths now the assisted suicide law has been effectively changed.

Some are more equal than others on the planet Harm man animal farm.

The only saving grace about Prezza is that, in spite of an unsatisfactory education, he is still thick.

    The Purpleline says:

I wonder if Harriet will start up a campaign for unemployed Black female former AG’s on Monday morning at conference.

I say free the Tonga one and fuck the AG.

P.S. It is interesting that all Labour’s woe’s have been caused by getting up close to ethnics >Known as corrupt< and dirty rambling Camel jockeys.

P.S. REASON Andy Burnham started Cancer campaign in Portsmouth NHS, because his first love Everton is playing at Portsmouth today. You really could not make it up. Everton before Cancer patients.

Not much love lost between those two I’d say but they’re both vile. If you need cheering up Hope springs eternal has made another great video which needs spreading around a bit.

    Lexander says:

Prezza definitely doing more of his utterly stupid bit to get Labour out. Yippee. Hope he doesn’t peg it before the election. Harman has already cost them millions of votes.

Harperson’s performance on QT the other night was epic.

    Prezza? Decent left hook.

Andrew Pierce on Ed Balls…

“Porky Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls sweet-talked guests at a fund-raising dinner by saying if he wasn’t a politician, he would be a chef. That’s not surprising, since he was accused of cooking the Treasury books when he was Gordon Brown’s boot boy.”
