that’s an easy one question to answer.
the reason why america will reduce the funding it supplies to israel is because it means america would continue to be guilty of collaborating with a terrorist state.
a state headed by war criminals who have committed hundreds of war crimes and and who intend to use american money to commit more war crimes against Palestine and to fund the occupation Palestine.
if that state of affairs were allowed to continue it would implicate President Obama.
he would come under suspicion of collaborating with war criminals to commit war crimes.
and that is why america will start a rolling programme of santions against israel until israel does the deal it has already agreed to.
