+++ Government Loses Gurkha Vote +++

What will put fear into the Labour Party is that it was defeated by a LibDem – Conservative alliance. Cameron and Clegg seemed very at ease with each other in front of the press. Dave even paid tribute to Clegg’s leadership on the issue. Liberal love bombing which has strategic political implications…

    Waiting for Gordo says:

The government has lost a Commons vote on its policy of restricting the right of former Gurkhas to settle in the UK.

MPs voted by 267 to 246 in favour of a Lib Dem motion that the government should extend an equal right of residence to all Gurkhas.

Ha bloody Ha. The Moron fcuked up again. Labour’s immigration/refugee free-for-all was based on the cynical view that the immigrants of the last 12 years would be eternally grateful and become part of Labour’s client state. One would guess that the fiercely patriotic Gurkhas would be more inclined to vote Conservative than average, hence Cyclops’s extreme reluctance to let them in.

      thick as thieves says:

      and?
these fearless men fought for the Queen’s Commonwealth and laid down their lives for that Commonwealth. there is no question of whether they should be offered the full hospitality of this country.
the thieving politicians have merely done the right thing. for a change.
new labour are just the EU’s useful idiots really. it is because of the racist immigration policy of the EU that this issue has arisen.
I say the racist EU can shove its racist constitution up it’s huge fat corrupt and filthy and sweaty arsehole.
      fucking nazis.
I don’t really want to talk about the war but, er, italy were on the nazi side innit?
spain is a country riddled with nazi sympathisers and france rolled over like a cheap, spineless, slutty whore who would fuck for free. germany was, obviously, completely fucking nazi.
the greeks have been happy to allow themselves to be ruled by fascist generals and the swiss are willing to break all rules of decency because they too are a slut nation, commpletey without morals, happy whores. heading east the lust for fascism is being rekindled, fuelled by a completely misplaced sense of russian white supremacy.
and today we have, leading the charge for the next generation of fascists, america, israel, and, to my great shame as an Englisman, Britain.
’tis a shame because England discovered as long ago as the 13th century that there is no profit in the occupation of foreign lands. we have still not learned that lesson.
but it is most shameful because there was a time when only one country stood against the nazis and fascism: Great Britain. this country stood alone against the nazi war machine. British and Commonwealth soldiers saved the europeans from hitler.
we stood alone and if we had fallen then the nazis would have done a deal with the americans, and the usa and germany would have administered a global fascist state.
my point is this: we did not defeat the nazis to give it all away to the very countries we defeated in the second world war. no prime minister has it within his gift to give away the supremacy of Parliament in an agreement. and to propose such an arrangement with countries that are either fascist states or have recently been fascist states adds insult to the constitutional injury.
in short, the EU is stuffed full of fucking nazis.
oh and sarkozy’s is a big nosed communist c’unt with a very small cock. more like an acorn really.
ditto the lardy arsed spanish c’unt barroso. it’s only the high grade coke that keepd these useles c’unts functioning.
under every rock we look we find these money grubbing ex-communist smackhead thieves.
I think we should use the rocks they’re hiding under to bash these flesh eating zombies fucking brains out. I googled ‘zombie’ and I have discovered that decapitation is the only sure way to kill a zombie.
note to the EU: supremacy of Parliament is non-negotiable YOU FUCKING SPASTICS!
      end of story.
if the politicians fuck with our constitution by ratifying the european constitution then that will be considered by the people to be an act of war. a war waged by the state to take away the right of citizenship to this country. we fought kings to gain that right.

        The bitch from Redditch

I never did accept the myth
of good deeds done by Jacqui Smith.
Now dodgy stats and proven lies
may lead at last to her demise.

        For ID cards and database
are what she wants to put in place,
but entries in this thing she’s built
will not be based on crime or guilt.

And just for added ID risk,
she’ll hold it on a floppy disk.
and then some governmental brain (?)
will leave it on the local train.

Six weeks held with no charge read,
        another gem from Jacqui’s head.
You’re guilty till you’re proven not,
that’s the law that Jacqui sought.

        What’s her rule on immigration
foisted on a troubled nation? -
Welcome if you wear a Burka,
no room left for loyal Gurkha.

        Illegals get an easy ride,
and do not even have to hide
for she extends a welcome hug
to every bomber, thief and thug

When egg appears on Jacqui’s face,
as very often is the case,
she uses plod to save her skin
        by hauling random suspects in.

Of moves afoot to scupper Green
she said she had not heard or seen.
She must believe we’re really thick
to say she’d had no words with Quick.

Her ’second home’ has brought no shame,
she’s sticking with her feeble claim -
It’s right and well within the rules
to treat the voters all as fools.

Her husband Dick she pays to write
to local rag.a load of shite.
So does he earn his 40 grand?
she says he does – with just one hand.

‘cos I’m a girl, you pick on me’
        is Jacqui’s latest whinging plea.
but noone heeds the lying whore
because we’ve heard it all before.

Now just in case it’s still not clear,
        the message, Smith, is dis-a-ppear,
your welcome here has been outworn,
just stay at home and watch your porn.

“LONDON – Britain’s Labor MP Stephen Timms praised Muslims for bringing back faith into Britain.
“When parts of our society are so deeply secular, so hostile to the acknowledgment of God, I want today to express appreciation and thanks to Muslims in Britain for insisting on faith,” said the Minister for Business and Labour MP for East Ham at the Global Peace and Unity Event organized by Islam Channel last week.
“(I want to thank Muslims) for helping put faith back today at the centre of Britain’s national life and debate in a way that it wasn’t for a very long time.
“You are part of the reason for that change, and I warmly welcome it,” he added.
He urged Muslims to take up politics.
“We need more people taking up politics from the starting point of faith. Because faith is the source of decent values (like) honesty, commitment to family, generosity, support for peace,” Timms said. “(We need such) decent values which the Muslim community shows in abundance.”
“Those are the very values which we need in our politics, and which this event can help us to promote,” he added.
In an earlier BBC program, Stephen Timms visited two mosques, two churches, a Hindu temple and a Sikh Gurudwara and highlighted the positive contribution the faith groups were making towards cohesion”

Our working class soldiers are poorly equipted, poorly housed, few jobs to go to upon leaving, social housing shortages and all you liberal bleeding hearts can think of is housing a group of mercenaries who most likely would have fought for Hitler or the Argentines had they been recruting and paying more than the British!

A mercenary will fight for whomsoever waves the chequebook – Gurkhas have unswervingly backed the UK for over 150 years irrespective of blandishments from others. The one difference between them and mercenaries is loyalty. How many mercenaries have picked up a VC? Gurkhas have won 26.
Unfortunately loyalty is seen by the current government as a sign of weakness, and as such is to be exploited.

That is a disgusting comment. Whoever you are, you know nothing about history, or the Gurkhas.

My father was a POW in Burma and the only people the Japs were afraid of were the Gurkhas. A battalion of them fought through the jungle to release them, and got there before the Japs could follow their Emperor’s order to kill all their POWs so word of their mistreatment wouldn’t get out. They have more VCs than any other regiment in our history.

It wasn’t Cameron or Clegg who started two wars (one illegal) or neglected their aftercare. Perhaps instead of refitting the MOD for £1.5 billion, they should have spent the money on kit for active duty or bringing their living quarters up to standard.

I’d like to see Brown explain to this Gurkha why he doesn’t deserve to stay in Britain…

“On 12/13 May 1945 at Taungdaw, Burma (now Myanmar), Rifleman Lachhiman Gurung was manning the most forward post of his platoon which bore the brunt of an attack by at least 200 of the enemy. Twice he hurled back grenades which had fallen on his trench, but the third exploded in his right hand, blowing off his fingers, shattering his arm and severely wounding him in the face, body and right leg. His two comrades were also badly wounded but the rifleman, now alone and disregarding his wounds, loaded and fired his rifle with his left hand for four hours, calmly waiting for each attack which he met with fire at point blank range. Afterwards, when the casualties were counted, it is reported that there were 31 dead Japanese around his position which he had killed, with only one arm”

I hope Clegg finally gets it. This is the Liberals chance to offer Labour voters, shocked at the self-serving incompetence of this government, a genuine alternative to just abstaining. This is the Liberals big chance.

Come second. Be content with second. Maybe be content with second for a couple of elections but finally their day will come. The only justice this country can hope for after this 12 year reign of idiocy is to banish Labour to the history books. Not for a parliament, not for a generation but for eternity.

If Cameron and Clegg can work together on this, they can on other things.

So, having been pessimistic about McBroon ever realising how much we all hate him, I now have a palpable sense that Brown’s time is almost up. I can now envisage a scene where he uses his failing eyesight as a figleaf for resigning.

And Labour are going to be WIPED OUT when (if?) the election comes…and I regret to say they will deserve it.

It seems that these people have contributed far more to our country than most of the people already living here have, and trying to deny them the right to live here wouldn’t exactly be popular. So why did they go to all that trouble to try and do it only to lose?

On a practical note, there are one million empty dwellinghouses in the UK today, mainly already owned by local authorities. Because of the “shortage” of further empty homes the government is funding or otherwise encouraging further developments of them. That’ll do nicely.

Social and pension cost? Aren’t we already paying this?

And healthcare? Ok, so the GP’s are going to have to go back to their previous working hours.

Still not sorted? Well there are apparently something like 300,000 current UK residents who would rather support an al-Qaida or Taliban-type society than the one they find themselves in. Free flights out will rebalance things.

A minister who was only doing his duty had his offices and home ransacked in an extremely aggressive manner. As for the Gurkhas.

We may have a problem with not only these chaps, but our own returning fighting men and women.

War is an extremely bad experience to have undergone. While the indoctrination that the armed forces undergo is damned right dangerous to civilized, peaceful people, and especially to their repressive government. Evidence during and after Viet-Nam being a good example.

The government does not really want any of these chaps taking up residence back in the UK, after murdering Muslims for several years. All returning troops, as far as warmongering governments are concerned, are a potential threat to their power, and an unwanted expense.

If they could again get away with it, they would simply enact their tried and tested method of holding the whole lot of them in camp for several mouths while they give them all a lethal contagious disease. Very much like they did back in 1918-1919.

At a time when nationalism is being systematically and deliberately destroyed, by our government and the ruling elites it works for. The last possible thing it wants walking about on the streets is brave, trained killers who have been indoctrinated with any thoughts of national pride and honor.

After all if you had risked your life for this socialist hell hole, on the basis that you were somehow protecting freedom and democracy, YOU would be mighty pissed to say the least, to confront the true reality of modern British life.

I clicked on an explanation of what “both” means, and it’s either to correct a mistake (i.e. you went the wrong way and then realised what you’d done, a la Brown), or to show active abstinence.

I then looked at all the “both” votes from 2005-present.

He has voted “both” more than any other MP…followed (not closely) buy an MP who has been Con, UKIP and Ind (so presumably is somewhat confused anyway).

    Tellers for the Noes:
    Claire Ward and
    Mr. Dave Watts

    Question accordingly agreed to.

    Resolved,

That this House regrets the Government’s recent statement outlining the eligibility criteria for Gurkhas to reside in the United Kingdom; recognises the contribution the Gurkhas have made to the safety and freedom of the United Kingdom for the past 200 years; notes that more Gurkhas have laid down their lives for the United Kingdom than are estimated to want to live here; believes that Gurkhas who retired before 1997 should be treated fairly and in the same way as those who have retired since; is concerned that the Government’s new guidelines will permit only a small minority of Gurkhas and their families to settle whilst preventing the vast majority; further believes that people who are prepared to fight and die for the United Kingdom should be entitled to live in the country; and calls upon the Government to withdraw its new guidelines immediately and bring forward revised proposals that extend an equal right of residence to all Gurkhas.

Brown assumes that we all should be dependent on the State, that is what underpins his entire Political Philosophy. He has created a massive client state. Remember the tax credit fiasco. They have fought for the British, they aren’t Muslims, they don’t sell drugs, they don’t arrive here illegally, they don’t run prostitution rings and smuggle girls out of eastern Europe, they are probably so stupid that they wouldn’t even pretend to live 500 to a house and give their postal votes to Labour, they may not have divine sanction for beating and mutilating women and may even like pigs and dogs and possibly don’t even hate Jews. They don’t seem to spend their entire lives killing innocent people and blowing up trains in Britain and Spain.

They appear to be loyal, brave, hard working, honest and have given an astonishing number of their young men in the service of the British crown.

To use the “Bunker Analogy”- even up until the final moment when the “Red Army” entered Berlin and began to approach the final refuge where the last vestiges of the Nazi hierarcy were hiding -the Nazi propaganda machine was still churning out lies about how the invaders would be repulsed by fictitious army groups that had long ceased to exist except in the febrile mind of Hitler and his mouthpiece Goebbels and I’m afraid to say that the BBC’s general level of news selection, editing and analysis is on a par. The people who are the BBC editorial team and some senior political commentators are “in denial” they cannot comprehend what is happening or to use “Prezza’s” famous analogy that the “tectonic plates are shifting” . They can’t continue to bury their heads in the sands – a massive tsunami is approaching and will sweep Brown and Labour from power and into the political wilderness for a decade.

Where were the British charities- Oxfam, Save the Children et al- in the debate about the Gurkhas? I would have thought that Oxfam would have had a lot to say about the Gurkhas, considering that these former soldiers come from one of the poorest countries in the world, and Nepal would benefit from having ex-Gurkhas living in the UK and sending remittances back home to their less well-off relatives and communities. But then these days these very charities are tight-liped about criticising the Government, which may explain why they had nothing to say about the plight of Gurkha soldiers.

If that was what the BBC said, then that makes me even more angry than I am with Brown for trying to kick as many of them out as he could.

It’s those kind of totally blatant lies told by the BBC to help prop-up a morally corrupt/bankrupt government that makes me want to kick the shit out of my telly (which is why I tend not to watch BBC news anymore; it’s too infuriating)

They’re shooting themselves in the foot though, because every time they come up with such completely evil lying shite they shrink the size of what the license fee will be in 2010; if I was Cameron, that reporting line would push me over the edge, and I’d make a personal promise on my own mind to put the BBC on the same financial footing as itv in 2010.
