If you don’t / haven’t worked in the public sector then you are automatically out of the running for any job in it. It is seen as a necessray requirement to have public sector experience to be able to do any public sector job. This is more than ridiculous. This is DISCRIMINATION and contrary to EOPs policies of the nation. Yet Local Government/ Central Government/ Public Sector are getting away with it.

It’s also known as INCEST.

There’s no wonder public service is shit. The same old faces recycled into all the same jobs with the same lousy service and the same lousy outcomes. All at our expense. Get rid of them!
