Prescott’s Tory Logo Generator

prescott

It is only a little bit of fun, but Guido is liking Prezza’s Tory logo generator a lot.  Designed to cheer up the downtrodden and dejected Labour activist base, it certainly made Guido smile.  Have a go yourself…

UPDATE : For some reason they seem to no longer have a picture gallery of uploaded slogans.  Sense of humour failure?

O/T but Draper is linking to some rather unpleasant stuff from DraperList. I thought he said it wasn’t okay to do that? Currently, he links to a site that uses racially offensive words and has several references to sexual acts as well as numerous potentially libelous and defamatory statements aimed at Conservatives – all it seems in an attempt to have a little joke. Seems that it’s only offensive when Guido and Dale do it – but for champagne socialists that evade tax, racism is a laughing matter.

More fun is the “gallery” section of previously submitted efforts. I bet someone thought they were being clever putting that extra feature on there.

So no nooky without a licence, no crumpet wivart permission, and no self-abuse wivart sound medical reasons and a certificate of competence in that art issued by Gordon or Peter.

And while we’re on planning matters, we plan the first shipment from Calais in a few weeks, – when we’re finished organising passports, spending money, housing, benefit, ordnance courses, and a TV licence.

Gordo needs the extra alchy tax to pay for it.

It is with regret that I must confess this whole debacle originated from our website, with the Labour supporters (and others) misusing our logo maker. When we plugged it I assumed they’d grow up… sadly I was wrong, it strikes me as painfully immature to drum up your own logo maker, especially as a private company (boldfire.) We ought to be making changes, not inane jokes

But it was a bloody stupid idea in the first place. Wasn’t it?

Look, tell you what, YOU grow up, then come along and tell other people to grow up, yes?

Funny then depressing; wonder how much they owe the Tories in royalties for use of the logo?

OT but I can’t see where else to usefully post this: if mortgage lending is maybe understandably, albeit belatedly, capped by the FSA (Motto: horse bolted let’s shut the gate) then without a huge reliance on savings or existing equity (er, you what pal?) I wonder if we can guess where house prices are further heading and what the impact will be on Il Mondo Gordo?

    • 45
      Max says:

Help Guido I am creating my own thread here! Following up on the above re mortgages; median pay in private sector (latest figures) is £23,920 pa so maximum mortgage is £71,760. Add in a proposed minimum deposit of 5% ie £3777 means that typical house value at this level will be £75,537. Compare that with average UK property value now hovering at £150K (if you believe the stats).

So last week’s Numis scare stories as per Prices Down 55% have some further basis.

This is another ZNL “unintended consequences” moment which demonstrates just how many birds are coming home to roost; the latterday Canute, McBroon, needs to publicly support high house prices, and certainly no price collapse, for many obvious reasons yet it will be impossible to underpin this financially and especially via the half dead banks.

No doubt he will continue on his mission to still oversupply where possible for social reasons and if necessary buy back unsold houses at one third of what his state apparatus declares to be the “official price” (and prop up dying housebuilders too whilst he’s at it) but we are into real Zimbabwean territory now.

Forget America, the “global crisis” and the grandstanding on trade, this is the one that will implode the UK and send McBroon on his way (to the IMF if not the country) I suspect.
