The idea behind the Returning Officers is that in one place you will get to read three of the most popular British political bloggers, from very different perspectives, we square up to each other, take the piss and keep an eye on events, politicians and the mainstream media – including that bit that still writes on dead trees – newspaper pundits.

The other Returning Officers are Recess Monkey and the Man-In-Whitehall (who was behind Guacomoleville and was the original Hon. Fiend when it was good – but he is much too modest to say that himself).
